Vision and Shield report changes:


When Sentinel App is not able to detected or use the camera a descriptive image is shown in the anomaly review page. This change is applicable only for Vision report.
Last seen column has been included in vision report. This is included to show the last known user activity.
Version upgrade icon has been added in the vision report. This is to indicate if there is a newer version of the product available for download.
While exporting the data from vision report in excel, the registered user’s information like (Ip,Ram,....)is also exported to the sheet.
When a Level 1 Manager e.g., Team leader logs in he will be able to view anomalies only for his immediate reportees and the select supervisor filter will be greyed out. The Supervisor selection filter will only be available for Level 2 Managers and above. 


Improvements:


In this version, the smart manager logo has been replaced by Sentinel AI logo in home page.
The Help URL will navigate the user to the sentinel AI document URL instead of smart manager URL.
In “My Worklist” platform, the clear issue has been fixed.

Any error code in comments fields will be shown in status “Issue” in the vision report as a hyperlink which redirects the user to the resolution page.

While filtering in my worklist column and when you navigate to other page and come back, the status will be retained.

New Features and Improvements


Users should launch the Sentinel.AI application one time to complete the signup\training process.
Option to guide the user in completing the signup process has been introduced. Instructions to guide the user in recording the video clip has been provided.
Sentinel.AI Vision face detection & comparison accuracy has been improved significantly; users will now be requested to record a short video clip to perform face analytics.
Option to preview the recording is also available. So, users can retake the video if the recorded video is not clear.
Added functionality to capture and store OS version, Mac address and RAM capacity. This information is made available in Vision and Shield report agent detail view.
All image analytics is performed on the local system.
Sentinel.AI Vision captured images with are older than 24-hours are automatically purged from the local system to maintain the size of local database
When Vision is not able to access the camera, a help page is provided to resolve the issue.
Sentinel.AI health check has been introduced to ensure the application works as intended. When the health check detects a failure, it is reported back to the Vision report with an error code to help resolve the issue.
If the camera is covered and all images captured or dark, then these images are not transmitted to the platform. Only no face detected anomaly information is sent for reporting.
REST API token generation process has been re-engineered. Only one token will be generated for a 24-hour duration and repurposed for all subsequent interactions with the platform.
Sentinel.AI will reload configuration from Sentinel.AI cloud once every 5 minutes.
Bug fixes and performance improvements have been made.

Sentinel SmartManager updates


Vision report and Shield report now includes a hyperlink in the windows id(NT Id) field, activating it provides a detaied view with last seen and system details.
Vision report and Shield report now includes an additional filter option "Manager wise" for viewing team members by supervisors.
Vision report now uses a default 8 hour duration for calculating the percentage of photos and anomalies detected for any specific day (shift).
New column Version has been added to show the product version that is installed for the user.
Active shift reporting will now happen based on current time instead of calculating for the entier 8 hour duration of shift.
Vision works for count will now include only users with either in Online or Offline status. Users with Issue and Pending registration are excluded 
Defect in Anomaly review and re-classification has been fixed. So, when supervisors classify an image as invalid, it will automatically be removed from anomaly report.
Snap requency is now shown on top of the vision grid to know how many photos are captured for a set period.
Masterdata schedule upload now includes additional validation to avoid incorrect uploads and accidental user removal from the platform.


 

Administration changes


Settings copy optin provided to easily copy existing settings file for new product versions.
Mywork list default grid listing is now based on last modified date. So, last updated record will list first in the grid by default.

Vision report estimated photos for a day has been now set to be calculated only for 8 hours.
Bug in anomaly classification has been corrected, now anomalies which have been classified as invalid will not be counted against anomaly percentage.

[Copy URN] button has added under Add Settings menu.
Copy feature used to create new Settings (URN). It will copy existing Settings (URN) and show in editable mode, user can do the necessary change and submit
