In this version 5.1.3 release of XML Automation, fixes have been applied to make the activities stable and secure. There are no changes to the feature group in terms of functionality. The feature group with the same fifteen controls, Append & Create Node, Save, Serialize, etc., are available in the toolbox. Additionally, three new activities have been incorporated in the existing package.  

About the Activities:

The three new activities that are introduced in the existing XML Package are as follows:

• GetXElement Node List – Gets the list of specified Element and also the Count. Click here to learn more
• GetXElement Node - Based on the position, will get the specified element node and its value. Click here to learn more
• GetXElement Node Text - Gets the value of the specified Element. Click here to learn more.

Information:

• All three activities support Trace and Debug log levels and pertaining information will be printed in the log files
• They can be executed in SmartDesigner v5, SmartRunner v5 and Assisted Robot v 5. & above. Please ensure you have these versions installed to use these activities
• The activities can be used separately when nodes have unique names. But if an XML Document comprises nodes with similar names with different values, it is preferable to use these three activities sequentially
• Maximum size of xml file that is supported by the activities is 10 MB.
