There are two types of reports, namely, Transactions and TAT reports. In this section we will see what information can be gleaned from Transactions Report.

Transaction Report

A comprehensive report comprising details regarding all the configured fields and related process data can be perused in the Transactions report.

Select the (1) From and (2)To Date. Select the queue name.(3) Click on the Go button.(4)

The Batch ID and all relevant details such as status, Process Name, etc., can be viewed here. Click on the URN.

Click on the URN to access the Process History screen as displayed in the ensuing screen. Click on the View link.

Comprehensive details about the specified transaction history will be displayed.

Clicking on the number will provide queue history of the given transaction.
