Transaction Unlocker
As soon as the robot picks any given transaction, the same will be locked. Due to some technical glitch or other reasons, sometimes the transaction will stay in the locked position for longer than required period. In such scenarios the Transaction Unlocker sub-menu will unlock the transaction for further processing.

(1)Select the transaction that is required to be unlocked, using the Switch Project Option.
(2)Select the From and To Date.
(3)Click on the Go button.
(4)Select the URN that is to be unlocked.
(5) Provide appropriate Comments.
(6) In the following example the Status is Locked.
(7)click on the Unlock button.

It will be successfully unlocked. The message will give the exact count of the unlocked transactions.

Now the unlocked transactions’ status will change to New. One can view the unlocked transactions in the Transaction Report sub-menu.
