SmartManager has a provision to display the Total Transactions, across all global projects.

Dashboard-->Total Transactions

To get the Total transaction at the Project level, select the (1) Environment and key in the(2) Start and (3)End date to indicate the period for which the transaction data is required. (4) Click on the Go button. It displays the following table and lists the TenantProject, Total Transactions, Number of transactions in the Completed, Pending, Business Exception, System Exception and the Rejected status details.

 If one wants to drill down for more information, click on the eye icon under the View option, adjacent to the selected project name.

The transaction count is displayed with complete details on the split-up of the Total TransactionsThose in the Completed, Pending, Business Exception, System Exception and Rejected queues amounts to the Total on each Created Date.

Note:  The Total Transaction data can be obtained for six months at any given point of time.
