When you sign up from the SmartManager login page, the requests will be queued for approval. The administrator can use the User approval menu option to approve or reject the requests. Approval is required for both the Domain User as well as other user. According to certain criteria and business rules the approval is given.

Select the pending status to find the users’ registration requests that are required to be approved.

Select and Approve or Reject as per business criteria and the organization’s protocol. An email notification is sent to users, informing them about the status of the request.

The approved requests will now reflect in the approved queue. All approved requests will be displayed here and by selecting the status and clicking on the Go button, Administrators can view the various requests that are Pending, Approved, Rejected, etc.
