Fixed a bug which was preventing Sentinel Vision task creation.

• Check internet connection before reading settings
• Change I Do not Accept to lower case.

Masterdata shift time and off days configuration had a bug which prevented the launch of Vision and App scan it is now fixed.

• Bug - If user does not agree to the consent form then Sentinel will not activate for the user. 
• New* - A heart-beat service has been included to Sentinel to detect and report when the application goes offline.
• New* - When the user declines to agree to the application consent form then the page would automatically re-launch at intervals till the user agrees to provide consent.
   

Tweaks have been made to improve the registration process.

• New* Fix to stop auto snaps if the user has not taken manual snap or if manual snap image is not available in the system.
• New* Manual snap to re-launch automatically every minute to prompt user to take snap.
• New* Manual snaps if available in the platform then the same will loaded as preview in manual snap retake page.
   

Bug fixes to vision anomalies dashboard were the last detected image was not updating correctly is now fixed | Optimizations have been carried out to improve the overall image processing time | Application has been modularzed by specific functions to improve the overall application stability and performace.

Dev Notes:

Included validation to pause Sentinel when the system is in lock state.

Fixed a bug were no face match anomaly reported when the user was in-front of the machine. This was caused because the base line image (manual snap) was not available in the system. 

When Vision module is enabled a validation was included to check the existence of manual snap image and if it does not exist, the app will launched for the user to take the manual snap.

Sentinel user automatic registration is available.

The registration page will not appear on launch of the Sentinel application. Instead the user will be directed to capture the baseline image for Vision if manual snap is not available else the user will click on Got it Bye button to launch the service.

Bug in User registration screen freeze on submission of form has been fixed.
