To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application and complete the training process

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: Check if the SentinelAIML Models user folder is available.

                  Folder path - C:\ProgramData\SentinelAI\{userfolder}\SentinelAIML\models

Resolution:

  • Check with AV team for application whitelisting
  • Launch the SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
  • Re-install the product
