To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
  2. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
  3. If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.

 


Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: SentinelAIMLTraining.exe application is not available in the path {progrmadata/SentinelAI/userfolder/SentinelAIML}

Cause 2: SentinelAIML.exe application is not available in the path {progrmadata/SentinelAI/userfolder/SentinelAIML}

Cause 3: Error message Details for SentinelAIML {UserName} , if Task is not available

  • Error in "SentinelAIML {userName} " task is yet to start"
  • Error in SentinelAIML {userName}run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
  • Error in SentinelAIML {userName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}

Resolution:

  1. Re-install product
  2. Check with AV team whitelist application
  3. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or Restart the system
