To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved else proceed to step 2.
  2. Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
  3. If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.

 


Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: SentinelAICommunicator application is not available in {SentinelAICommunicatorExePath}

Cause 2: Error message Details for SentinelAICommunicator {UserName} Task is not available

  • "Error in "SentinelAICommunicator{usernmae} " task is yet to start"
  • Error in SentinelAICommunicator{username} run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
  • Error in SentinelAICommunicator{UserName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}

Resolution

  1. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut
  2. Restart the system
  3. Check with AV team whitelist application 
  4. Re-install product
