To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application and complete the training process

 

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: Check if the User training video is available.

                  Folder path - C:\ProgramData\SentinelAI\{userfolder}\SentinelAIML\NTUser_TrainingVideo.mp4

 

Resolution:

  • Launch the SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
