To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

1. Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
2. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
3. If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1:SentinelAIRegistration application is not available in {Filepath}

Cause 2: Error message Details for SentinelAI Registration {UserName} Task is not available

• "Error in "SentinelAIRegistration{usernmae} " task is yet to start"
• Error in SentinelAIRegistration{username} run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
• Error in SentinelAIRegistration{UserName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}

Resolution: 

1. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut and complete signup. If issue still persists follow step 2.
2. Restart the system and try. If issue still persists follow step 3.
3. Check with AV team on whitelist status. Provide machine name and data of installation.
4. After whitlist status check Re-install product.
