Version History
One can view the created requirement capture's history in the Version History section.

Also, this is the final step before submission. You can view the version history and Submit by clicking on the Rocket icon .

Provide your Comments and Save.

One will get a reiterating success message.

The submitted requirement will move to the under approval queue from the Draft queue. There are options to view revision history and view the approval status as well.

Click on the eye icon under the Approval Status header to view the approval status and the name of the approver. Refer figure 10.

Approval status and the name of the approver will be displayed.

Click on the ellipsis under the View header to view the Project and to generate the requirements in the PDF format to read as a BRD with comprehensive details from requirement capture to history.

Note: If at any point of time, if one has made changes to the requirement, it gets updated in the History Section. Thus, one can track requirements changes in this manner.
