  2. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.

Cause 1: Error message Details for SentinelAIML {UserName} , if Task is not available

  • Error in "SentinelAICommunicator {userName} " task is yet to start"
  • Error in SentinelAICommunicator {userName}run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
  • Error in SentinelAICommunicator {userName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}

Resolution:

  1. Re-install product
  2. Check with AV team whitelist application
  3. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or Restart the system
