To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
  2. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
  3. If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.

 


Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: SeninelAI Firefox plugin file is missing in {filepath}

Cause 2: SeninelAI Firefox plugin not installed. Policy file missing in {policies.json path}

Cause 3: SentinelAI firefox native application entry in the registry is missing.

Cause 4: SentinelAIShield_Firefox application is not available in {SentinelAIShield_FirefoxExePath}

Resolution:

  1. Check the browser has installed in program files/Programs Files(X86) (or)
  2. Check Firefox Native application is available in program data (or)  
  3. Installation User has the right to access the registry (or)
  4. Reinstall product otherwise
