Specific projects are added in the User Management menu in Map User sub-menu against specific users. The queues against such projects will reflect in the User Queue Access.

For instance, if one goes and adds the user as follows, adding the Role, Tenant, Project and Environment. The updated role against the project will be displayed in the User Queue Access.

Use the Search option to access the username. Click on the Row to select and click on The Edit button.

The aforementioned mapped Project against Queue, along with the NTLogin, Employee ID, etc., is projected in the User Queue Access.   If the boxes are checked and updated, the user will get access to these queues.

It gets updated as displayed in the following image. The user can find the Project that have been mapped to the Queues.
