The process of loading the tesseract dll was impeded due to an issue.  This has been fixed by changing the download logic in the activity.

Previously, when the user snips an image, a working area used to be automatically populated.

Currently, this logic is changed, and users can choose to provide the path or leave it blank for the activity to create the OCR image processing folder.
