Feature that helps user to download attachment associated to a transaction from SmartInteract without traversing through the menus of the module.

The input is a URL which requires 3 inputs to download the attachment that are listed below,

1. Program ID 

2. Project ID

3. The unique identifier that is generated for each attachment that is uploaded for a transaction in the SmartInteract module with extension of the attachment.

Once the URL is entered into the address bar of the browser with the required details an authentication page gets loaded, the user should enter the credentials and click the "Download" button.
