Technical Reference

 Activity: The ÔÇ£CitrixRecorderÔÇØ is used to record operations performed in the citrix environment, where only the mouse, keyboard and image automation can be used to accomplish automation.

Scenario

Assume you want to automate a simple process inside the citrix environment, we can accomplish the automation process using the CitrixRecorder activity.

Prerequisites

Download and Install the required mouse, keyboard and image automation packages.

LetÔÇÖs start recording the process

Step 1 ÔÇô Open the SmartRPA Designer tool
Step 2 ÔÇô Open a new workflow
Step 3 ÔÇô Look for ÔÇ£RecordAutomationÔÇØ grouping in the Toolbox, double click or drag a ÔÇ£CitrixRecorderÔÇØ activity onto the workflow.
Step 4 ÔÇô In case any package is missing, that will be notified to the user.  (Refer Image 1.2)

Step 5 ÔÇô The activity pops up options as shown below:

Step 6 ÔÇô Toggle to the required screen and click on record to create the robot.
Step 7 ÔÇô Click the Save & Close option once the process is completed manually.
Step 8 ÔÇô Edit the bot as per the requirement.
