To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application and complete the training process

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: Check if the SentinelAIML training files are available in the following path C:\ProgramData\SentinelAI\SentinelAIML\{User folder}\models .

File names:

  • embeddings.pickle
  • le.pickle
  • recognizer.pickle
  • blob.npy
  • NTID.jpg
     

Resolution:

  • Check with AV team for application whitelisting
  • Launch the SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
  • Re-install the product
