To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application from desktop
  • Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1:  SentinelAIMLTraining application is not available in {C:/progrmadata/SentinelAI/{User folder}/SentinelAIML}

Resolution:

  • Re-install the product
  • Check with AV team for application whitelisting
  • Launch the SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
