Cognitive automation is pre-trained to automate specific business processes offering cognitive input to humans working on specific tasks, adding to their analytical competences. It does not need the support of data experts and is designed to be used directly by business users. This package Provides extensive options in the form of cognitive activities. It includes a limited set of activities, which can nevertheless automate complex tasks, such as Address Match, OCR to extract text and enhance an image using the Image enhancement activity in the package.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed:  After running the Image Enhancement activity, the snipped image was getting incorrectly updated on the desktop, Instead of the feature activity folder.
• Fixed: In Image Enhancement activity, after snipping the selected image, only the image was showing, the page was not getting loaded to bring Designer into focus on the front.

Renaming fields

• A new header called Image Attributes replaces the old one
• ResizeScaleImage has been renamed as ResizeScale
• SharpImage has been renamed as Sharpening
• EdgeEnhancementImage has been renamed as EdgeEnhancement
• BackgroundCleanAndBoldImage has been renamed as BackgroundCleanAndBold.

Realignment of fields

• Output Type field has been appropriately placed under the Output tab
• Onscreen Image field has been moved under Region Group tab.

Improvement

• Input Type now accepts input image as bytes
• Both Input and Output types now have dropdowns with choices between Path/bytes
• Activity working area path has been remapped to activity downloader folder.
• Working Area Path field has been removed from OCR Activity and it is mapped in the activity folder.

Deprecated

• Entity Extraction has been removed from the Feature group
• Browse And Select image functionality has been removed
• Take Snap feature has been removed from the package.
