To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application from desktop
  • Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

 

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: "SentinelAITrack{username}" task is yet to start

Cause 2: SentinelAITrack{username} did not run on the scheduled time.

                    lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}

Cause 3: Error in SentinelAITrack{UserName}.  Exception message: {ex. Message}
