To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
  2. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
  3. If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.

Cause 2: Error message Details for SentinelAI Tracker {UserName} Task is not available

  • Error in "SentinelAI Tracker{usernmae} " task is yet to start"
  • Error in SentinelAI Tracker{username} run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
  • Error in SentinelAI Tracker{UserName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}

Resolution

  1. Re-install product
  2. Check with AV team whitelist application 
  3. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or Restart the system
