To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.
- Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
- Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
- If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Cause 1: SentinelAIShield_IE application is not available in {SentinelAIShield_IEExePath}
Cause 2: SentinelAIShield_IE{UserName}" task is not available"
Cause 3: Error message Details,
- Error in "SentinelAIShield_IE{usernmae} " task is yet to start
- Error in SentinelAIShield_IE{username} run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
- Error in SentinelAIShield_IE{UserName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}
Resolution:
- Check SentinelAIShield_IE application is available in installed Path (or)
- if task is missing launch SentinelAI application from desktop/restart the system
