To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.
- Shutdown computer using start menu and start the computer. Check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
- Connect with GTI and request them to follow the steps in advanced troubleshooting sections.
Advanced troubleshooting
- Launch Services console (Start - Run --> services.msc) check if SentineAiService is available
- If available check if it is running, if stopped start it. Exit Services console and restart computer.
- If the SentinelAiServise missing in the services console proceed to next step.
- Request re-instalation of the software.
