To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Re-Launch the app and complete the signup. Check if the issue is resolved.
  2. If issue still persists - request re-installation.

 

 

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: SentinelSQLite.db in {User Folder} not available

Resolution: Launch the Sentinel.AI application from desktop shortcut.

 

Cause 2: Sentinel.xml file mssing in path {Programdata/SentinelAI}

Cause 3: DB version mismatch due to application upgrade error.

Cause 4: DB version is not supported by current product version.

Resolution: Re-install the product
