To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.
- Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
- Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
- If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Cause 1: SentinelAI Chrome plugin entry in the registry is missing.
Cause 2: SentinelAI Chrome and Edge native application entry in the registry is missing.
Cause 3: SentinelAI Edge plugin entry in the registry is missing.
Resolution:
- Check application is available in program data (or)
- Reinstall product otherwise (or)
- Installation User has the right to access the registry (or)
- whitelist https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx
