In this version 7.0.7.2 a minor bug has been fixed.

Dual Display support:

Designer will work seamlessly in dual display setup.

Known issue:

If the user upgrades the designer from version 7.0.6.9. to the latest version 7.0.7.2, the exe would display as 7.0.7.1. in the splash screen as well as Main screen
