To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Shutdown computer using start menu and start the computer. Check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
  2. Connect with GTI and request them to follow the steps in advanced troubleshooting sections.

 

Advanced troubleshooting

  1. Launch Services console (Start - Run --> services.msc) check if SentineAiService is available
  2. If available check if it is running, if stopped start it. Exit Services console and restart computer.
  3. If the SentinelAiServise missing in the services console proceed to next step.
  4. Request re-instalation of the software.
