To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application and complete the training process

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: Check if the Sample training image set is available in the following path C:\ProgramData\SentinelAI\{userfolder}\SentinelAIML\dataset\unknown

Cause 2: Check if the sample training images are available in the following path C:\ProgramData\SentinelAI\{userfolder}\SentinelAIML\dataset\unknown. Available file count: {filecount} not correct

Resolution:

  • Re-install the product
  • Check with AV team for application whitelisting
  • Launch the SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
