To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application from desktop
  • Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1:  SentinelAITrack{UserName} task is not available

Resolution:

  • Re-install product
  • Check with AV team whitelist application
  • Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
