To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order,
- Request for the re-installation of the product
- Check the AV team for application whitelisting
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Cause 1: SentinelAIAppScan.exe is not available in the installation path {SentinelAIAppScanExePath}
Resolution:
- Re-install product
- Check with AV team whitelist application
- Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
