To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

• Launch SentinelAI application and complete the training process

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: Check if the SentinelAI ML  face recognition model file missing  are available in the following path C:\ProgramData\SentinelAI\{userfolder}\SentinelAIML\models.File names {File names}.

File names:

• deploy.prototxt 
• nn4.small2.v1.t7
• res10_300x300_ssd_iter_140000.caffemodel
• graph_final.pb
• haarcascade_frontalface_default.xml
• shape_predictor_68_face_landmarks.dat

Resolution:

• Check with AV team for application whitelisting
• Launch the SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
• Re-install the product
