Machine & License Un assign logic update:

The changes made to the machine and license un assign logic results in the representation of accurate value in the Robot status widget in Command Center, robot monitoring page and license count in the license management page. 

In the current model when the machine moves to “Not Responding” state it requires manual action to move the machine to any other state.  A logic update has been made to move the machine to idle state automatically when the machine remains in “Not Responding” state for more than 48 hours and a mail is sent to the user of this action. The license assigned to the machine gets unassigned when the machine moves to idle state.

Post the machine getting moved to idle state and the Manager does not receive heartbeat from the Runner for more than 15 minutes, the Robility auto scheduler un-allocates the machine from the program to which it was allocated.

Robot Monitoring Updates:

In the updated model of Robot monitoring menu, when a user clicks on the numbered option placed under each state (Idle, Running, Check & Not responding)  a pop up that appears holding the robot details has been cleaned up and the the headers populated in the pop up are computer name, duration, last communication date & time, selection checkbox and view log option. The grid initially loads the list of machines in the respective state for a duration of < 15 minutes. Multiple options are available in the drop-down that helps to narrow down the grid listings.

Similarly, the environment monitoring details drilldown grid is added with duration drop down and Last Communication Date & Time.

Robot Scheduler Updates:

The update that has been done to the Robot scheduler feature allows user to set multiple robot triggers when choosing the Schedule type “Weekly”. The previous model did not have this option of defining multiple robot triggers to be executed during the week days. Now you will find the add button adjacent to the start time and end time fields allowing the user to add multiple triggers.

Machine utilization updates:

In machine utilization we have provided granular view for machine wise utilization has been included. To access this view click machine utilization à Click Program View  à Click Machine View.

The machine wise utilization grid shows you the various states that it has moved to during its course of execution.

Time zone conversion logic:

Time zone localization is now included in Manager.

DLL Management update:

DLL name validation has been included to prevent stability issues in loading workflows in designer.

Automation Summary:

As summary report that shows project level transaction details, Queue wise AHT and machine utilization details has been added in the Manager. Click here to learn more.
