This release contains few enhancements and bug fixes.

Enhacnements

• The .NET Framework currently used is 4.7.2 for the Robility designer. We have
  upgraded the .NET Framework version to 4.8.1 for all projects.
• We have also disabled the execution and save functions when the workflow
  has a missing activity. Additionally, we have removed the option to restart
  the designer when the user deletes a file and replaces it in the designer.

Known Issue

1. IntelliSense and methods will not be updated the first time.
2. The designer and runner cannot be installed on the same machine.
3. We cannot publish a public template from the designer to the hub.
