Bug fixes

1. Fixed an issue where users encountered an error when trying to download
an already installed marketplace item for the first time.
2. Resolved the issue where the "CommentedActivity" dock panel appeared
every time a new activity was added to the workflow.
3. Addressed the problem with the designer updater not working for local users.

Enhancements

The designer will log out every 48 hours, even if the user is actively using it.
