The Desktop Automation package facilitates development of robots to automate tasks performed by humans on a desktop application, using the SmartDesigner tool. The tool has the capability to interact with elements in applications, using their unique attributes or identifiers.

The Flowchart is the canvas where we create workflows. It can accommodate all the activities. Several activities which are required to logically automate a particular task can be connected within a flowchart, resulting in a layout that is easy to view and follow. Conditional branching and iterative tasks can also be represented conveniently using flowcharts.

Image automation is the process of performing automation by providing images as inputs and developing robots to accomplish the automation process using SmartDesigner. Image automation  plays an important  role in Citrix automation.

Invoke is a package that enables a user to invoke a method/ a constructor and the workflows that are required for processing.

The activities involving Mouse Automation are used to replicate any mouse input that is performed routinely by a human, such as single-click/double-click, right-click or Move actions. These activities help navigate the screens in workflows involving desktop automation.

Outlook automation is the process of developing robots to automate the tasks performed by humans on an Outlook application, using  the SmartDesigner. This activity helps the user to Read, Open, Forward and  Send Outlook E-Mails without manual effort.
