To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

1. Please shutdown computer and then start your system. If the issue still persists follow step 2.
2. Request application re-installation

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: SentinelAIService.exe missing the {installation path}

Cause 2: SentinelAI service is not running properly Status - {status}

Cause 3: SentinelAI service is not installed properly

Resolution :

1. Re-install the product otherwise
2. Check SentinelAIService in window services.msc with help of GTI
3. Check with AV team on whitelist status. Provide Machine name and date of installation.
