This release contains bug fixes and enhancement.

Enhancement

Runner and its dependent executables (exes) and dynamic link libraries
(dlls) have been migrated from Dotnet Framework 4.7.2 to 4.8.1.

Bug fix

In the runner, features were not downloaded due to blob storage being
set to private. Now, before downloading the features, an access token
is created against the URL and used for the download.
