1. Request for re-instalation of the product.

Cause 1: SentinelAICommunicator.exe application is not available in the path {SentinelAICoummnicatorEXe path}

Resolution:

1. Re-install product
2. Check with AV team whitelist application
3. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or Restart the system
