SA053 - Error message details

To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  • Launch SentinelAI application from desktop
  • Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

 

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: "SentinelAIAppScan{username}" task is yet to start

Cause 2: SentinelAIAppScan{username} did not run on the scheduled time.

                    lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}

Cause 3: Error in SentinelAIAppScan{UserName}.  Exception message: {ex. Message}

 

Resolution:

  • Re-install product
  • Check with AV team whitelist application
  • Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or restart the system
