SA005 - Sentinel Application Scan Error message details

To resolve the issue please follow these steps in the order.

  1. Restart the computer and check if the issue resolved, else proceed to next step.
  2. Re-launch the app and complete the signup and check if the issue is resolved.
  3. If the above two steps fails - Request re-instalation of the software.


Advanced Troubleshooting:

Cause 1: SentinelAIAppScan application is not available in the path {SentinelAIAppScanExePath}

Cause 2: Error message Details for SentinelAIAppScan {UserName} Task is not available

  • "Error in "SentinelAIAppScan{usernmae} " task is yet to start"
  • Error in SentinelAIAppScan{username} run schedule missed. lastruntime : {lastruntime}, Nextruntime :{Nextruntime}, Interval in TotalSeconds : {Seconds}
  • Error in SentinelAIAppScan{UserName}. Exception message : {ex.Message}

Resolution

  1. Re-install product
  2. Check with AV team whitelist application 
  3. Launch SentinelAI application from desktop shortcut or Restart the system
