Systems with 4GB of RAM will be limited to take snaps once every 3 to 4 minutes and with 8GB and above of RAM can process an image every minute.

Shield Supported Browsers: Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge Chromium and Firefox

 

Installaton:

• The application can be installed only by the system administrator or users belonging to administrator groups. If the system is attached to Domain controller then the application must be installed with network admin credentials.
• If a version update is to be performed, then the old version needs to be uninstalled and a system restart is to be done to completely remove the application from the system. Version from 6.8.2.1 support package upgrade and this step can be skipped.
• Sentinel requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 library to be installed on the system. Refer the downloads section for the download link.
• Obtain the Sentinel installation package and follow the installation wizard to complete the setup.

Important: When the installation wizard prompts for a system restart, please do so for correct installation of the application. Versions above 6.8.2.1 does not require rrestart and this step can be skipped.
