When to use the Delete Activity

If you want to delete an email, you can do so by using the delete activity in the Email Automation Package.

Drag and drop a Delete activity. Proceed to fill the List field under the input header with the mail item that you are required to delete. Create an appropriate variable for this. Refer Figure 2. Display Name and Version Number will be auto populated. Mention in Skip on error if you want the activity to continue executing even if it encounters an error. Define the condition that you prefer to validate in the Result Field. It supports only Boolean value.
