After creating the Segment, the next step is to create the program against the segment.

Asset Management-->Project Management-->Program

Click on the Program sub-menu in the Project Management menu. Click on the Add button to access the Add Program screen as displayed in the ensuing image.

Select the Segment Name from the drop-down, (as it would have already been created) or select the existing segment, as per requirements. Enter the Program Name, its description, the Username and the Owner’s Name, which will be auto populated.  Save the created program.

The created Program is added and displayed along with the Program Name, Description, owned By, Updated By and Updated on headers.

Users can select the status and click on the Go button to view the created program on the Program grid. This is common for most of the menus' grids in the SmartManager.

Similarly, almost all grids contain an edit option that will be enabled upon selecting the required row. One can Edit and update. Delete and Export options are also available. Select the row and use the respective button to perform the required action.
