When to use the SaveAttachment Activity

Use this activity when you want to save the attachments contained in the mail in your local folder.

First drag and drop a Read Mail activity inside the GmailScope and fill all details in the property window as shown in the following image.

Drag and Drop a Save Attachment activity and connect it beneath the Read Mail activity. (1) Specify the Folder’s path where you want to store all the attachments from the selected mail. (2). Pass the List of message variable name of the Read Mail activity, along with the mail #, in the Mail Message field in the property window of the Save Attachment (3). Fill appropriate details in all fields in the property window. Refer Figure 4. Execute (4.)
