When to use the DeleteFolder Activity

Use this activity when you want to delete an existing folder.

Drag and drop a DeleteFolder activity on the canvas. Fill in all necessary details in the appropriate fields of the Property Window. Refer Figure 6. Drag and Drop a Write Log activity to the workflow and provide the Log Level and the Input String to display True or False to indicate the success or Failure of the Run. Execute.

The selected folder and its sub-folders will be deleted from the destination.
